Customer Service Associate - Remote Europe

Overview

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Allurion Customer Service Associate, based remotely in Europe, to help manage customer orders globally.

In Short

• 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with possibility to be made permanent
• Obtain and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies
• Confirm purchase orders and input them into the ERP
• Main point of contact for customers and sales team
• Report key success metrics
• Suggest process improvement opportunities
• Support ad-hoc Sales Operations and Customer Service needs
• Basic customer service knowledge required
• Ability to create presentations on PPT and Excel

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Customer Service or Support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Zendesk
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and problem-solver
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience working with remote teams
