The Allurion Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the DACH region, focusing on partner clinics and implementing strategic priorities to enhance productivity and acquire new accounts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in fast growth companies.
  • Strong training and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Experience in medical devices or weight loss is a plus.
  • Multiple language proficiency is desirable.
  • Evidence of professional development.
  • Digital marketing experience is preferred.
