Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated self-starter to join the DACH Business Development team at Awin. The Team is responsible for developing and selling new business as well as creating an excellent client service experience. The main focus of the team is to act as a consulting service for our own client services teams. The DACH Business Development Team are turned to as experts in different fields that drive the business. Therefore you will have a strong focus on project work on an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental level. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment, closely interacting with teams throughout the company. In this role you will get the chance to steer and own the full lifecycle of projects and initiatives.

In Short

  • Develop and manage medium-to-large-scaled projects.
  • Sell and promote service packages and Awin products.
  • Drive and develop business through acquisition.
  • Identify & execute business development opportunities.
  • Build trust and credibility with prospects.
  • Support implementation of policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience owning and managing larger projects.
  • Experience in a sales or business development environment.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
  • Work experience in online marketing / affiliate marketing.
  • Talent for sales and communication.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
