The Allurion BDM is responsible for the Madrid region, focusing on partner clinics to enhance productivity and acquire new accounts through strategic models.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in fast growth companies.
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills.
  • Ability to train and engage clinic staff.
  • Consultative approach to selling.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience with medical devices or weight loss is a plus.
  • Multiple language knowledge is desirable.
