In Short

• Maintain and optimize GTM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
• Manage user provisioning, access, licenses, and system syncs.
• Monitor data quality and tool performance across the stack.
• Drive tooling and process improvement projects from scoping to rollout.
• Align cross-functional teams on requirements, timelines, and delivery.
• Document business needs, system configurations, and process changes.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks with scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Translate business needs into system enhancements that improve productivity and data integrity.
• Support change management through documentation, training, and frontline troubleshooting.
• Partner with Enablement and Comms to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems, with project or product management experience.
• Hands-on with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools.
• Strong execution, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, navigating ambiguity, and adapting in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with project tracking and automation tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, integration platforms).
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and interested in growing into a product owner role.
• Salesforce Admin Certification.
