GTM Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The GTM Systems Analyst will oversee the entire GTM technology stack, ensuring that systems are properly configured, integrated, and aligned with business needs. You will work cross-functionally to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and our Channel partners to support Parsec’s Go-To-Market strategy. You will be responsible for building out and managing the technology infrastructure to continue our growth trajectory.

• Salesforce Administration: oversee roadmaps, prioritize tasks, manage permissions and resolve technical issues.
• Tools Management: Oversee and optimize the existing integration of organization tools including Salesforce (CRM), Channeltivity, PandaDoc, Gong, Pardot, & ZoomInfo.
• CPQ Implementation: Play a key role in the implementation of a CPQ system.
• Data Analysis: Make data accessible, conduct detailed analyses, and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Territory Management: Oversee and optimize territory assignments within Salesforce.
• Reporting and Analytics: Build and optimize SFDC dashboards and reports.
• Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to increase efficiency across the customer journey.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, partnerships, and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
• Software (SaaS) industry experience preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
