Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our cross-functional marketing initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

In Short

• Own cross-functional project management across all marketing channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the integrated agency partner.
• Optimize marketing workflows using tools like Asana, Monday, and Miro.
• Partner with discipline leaders to scope new projects and define goals.
• Prepare and facilitate weekly marketing team standups and project reviews.
• Maintain a central source of truth for all active marketing campaigns.
• Identify blockers and help teams course-correct to stay on schedule.
• Support the VP of Marketing in team-wide planning and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel marketing projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using and optimizing tools such as Asana and Monday.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with creative and product marketing stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset.
