Marketing Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth startup and play a critical role in building out new programs that fuel Postman’s rocket-ship growth. As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, partnering closely with our events team to ensure Postman employees are set up for success at POST/CON and other major initiatives.

In Short

• Work with team members across the organization to identify and document projects including project objectives, scopes, budgets, and priorities
• Develop and maintain project plans consisting of a work breakdown structure of tasks as well as managing pre- and post-production issues
• Kick off projects with internal and external resources and stakeholders
• Understand the Postman API Platform, Postman customers, and Postman’s business objectives
• Support teams with resource planning, including internal and external resources
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams to ensure timely responses and event preparation
• Assist with developing engaging sessions, product releases, and captivating demonstrations
• Create and maintain project timelines for event preparation
• Write timely project updates and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet larger business objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
• 3+ years of relevant marketing project management experience
• 3+ years of relevant event project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Customer, results, and performance-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or relevant experience
