• Provide regular updates to the team on project status and track progress against milestones.
• Ensure monthly deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement feedback from clients to improve processes and project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure all time tracking is up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients across various teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems proactively.
• Expertise in using project management tools such as Productive and Gantt charts.
• Keen understanding of marketing principles.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
