Overview

The Enterprise Senior Sales Manager is responsible for setting the strategy of penetrating German-based Enterprises, coordinating action plans, and leading the German Enterprise sales team, providing tools, behaviors, and experience necessary for them to develop fast-paced Enterprise revenues.

In Short

  • Manage a strong team of Enterprise Account Managers (EAM’s).
  • Promote integration and collaboration with the wider EMEA Enterprise teams.
  • Implement a harmonized way of working with the Enterprise Accounts.
  • Drive best practices for developing and penetrating Enterprise Accounts.
  • Work with Corporate and Field Marketing to drive Enterprise Messaging and campaigns.
  • Partner with Channel Management and Alliances to drive Enterprise Partner activities.
  • Accountable for Enterprise revenues in Germany.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive salary and OTE based on skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Exceptional experience in Enterprise Software sales leadership.
  • Strong competencies in driving sales through Large Enterprise clients.
  • Proven relationships in top-tier enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent knowledge of selling via the channel and alliance partners.
  • Experienced in dealing with a 2-tier channel model.
  • Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
