In Short

• Lead the by-annual pay planning cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Manage and deliver multiple high-impact compensation projects.
• Create and maintain market-aligned pay ranges and salary structures.
• Conduct market competitiveness and internal pay equity analyses.
• Keep global job architecture and job leveling framework current.
• Support and enhance recognition programs and lead pay equity audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for effective compensation communication strategies.
• Collaborate with HRIS to enhance systems and drive automation.
• Deliver compensation education content and tools for employees.
• Manage competing priorities and risks across projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compensation and/or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing global compensation programs.
• Deep expertise in data analysis and modeling.
• Superb Excel skills and experience with compensation analysis tools.
• Strong grasp of SaaS Job Architecture and compensation market data.
• Experience implementing or optimizing HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership across project teams or formal management roles.
