Overview

Vector Solutions is seeking a Renewal Manager that is self-motivated with a talent for building strong customer relationships in addition to developing new business from existing clients.

In Short

  • Develop professional cooperative relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Identify, retain, and grow Vector Solutions products based upon client needs and business initiatives.
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Conduct product demos focused on potential solutions for clients.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Vector Solutions products and services.
  • Maintain and track all client communications utilizing a CRM system.
  • Confirm repeat business and identify potential areas for new revenue generation.
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews with clients annually.
  • Identify early risk through regular account checks.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed to develop strong business relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and set goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn additional software quickly.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a consultative sales-oriented position.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Two or Four-year degree in a related field preferred.
