In Short

• Own and drive key product offerings for DOTs and public agencies.
• Translate complex planning and utility coordination challenges into scalable software solutions.
• Work closely with DOT users, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Conduct user research with DOT stakeholders.
• Define requirements and write PRDs/MRDs for AI-powered features.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and satisfaction.
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Prior exposure to public sector clients.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience writing PRDs/MRDs and leading agile ceremonies.
• Passion for civil engineering infrastructure.
• Comfortable working with technical teams.
