Salesforce Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

Vector Solutions is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Analytics Engineer who will own the analytics foundation that powers revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define performance metrics, build scalable reporting, deliver revenue insights, and enable data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce CRMA dashboards and datasets.
• Implement data modeling and governance best practices.
• Troubleshoot CRMA dataflows and dashboards.
• Own revenue forecasting and performance analytics.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Automate revenue reporting processes.
• Strengthen data capture strategy.
• Analyze campaign and pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data & Sales Analytics.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Proficiency in SAQL and CRMA dataflows.
• Experience with scalable analytics frameworks.
• Understanding of GTM operations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: Salesforce platform administration knowledge.
