Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in the financial management and strategic decision-making processes within the Company.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of the business and its financial drivers.
• Produce complete and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Drive M&A integration projects from an operational and financial reporting perspective.
• Produce monthly analytics and variance analysis for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Prepare lender reporting packages to ensure compliance.
• Drive the annual budget planning process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Build detailed financial models for project-based initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Develop executive level presentations to summarize results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other Microsoft products.
• Prior experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Experience in a PE sponsored firm or SaaS organization preferred.
