Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

Ultra I&C is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support enterprise-level financial planning and reporting activities across a multi-site, multi-system environment.

In Short

• Build and maintain advanced Power BI reports
• Conduct detailed financial modeling in Excel
• Provide actionable insights across the full spectrum of FP&A: P&L, cash flow, and working capital
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple systems and business units
• Forecast and analyze orders, revenue, margins, operating income, cash flow, and working capital
• Prepare and present executive-level PowerPoint decks with financial insights and variance explanations
• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and actual-to-plan analysis
• Partner with program and finance teams to monitor budgets, trends, and key metrics
• Support strategic planning and ad-hoc scenario analysis across functional areas
• Participate in datamart/reporting system implementation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Full spectrum FP&A knowledge including P&L, cash flow, working capital, etc.
• Skilled in the end-to-end building of Power BI solutions from data source integration to final report deployment and maintenance
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience with consolidated financials across multi-site or multi-ERP environments
• This position requires a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
