Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a foundational member of the FP&A team, this role will be at the forefront of scaling financial reporting, planning, and analytics at Roo, a B2B labor marketplace in animal healthcare.

In Short

• Support and expand internal and external financial reporting needs.
• Facilitate financial planning across the organization.
• Build and manage a variety of financial models.
• Partner with departments to understand impact and investment.
• Collaborate with data and accounting teams for accurate reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and expand financial operations and best practices.
• Provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Report to the Senior FP&A Manager.
• Occasional onsite presence in San Francisco for meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial operations.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling.
• High proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and QuickBooks.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Agile and flexible in adapting to business needs.
• Intellectually curious and a dynamic team player.
