In Short

• Influence key strategic decisions through financial analysis.
• Partner with senior leaders to align strategic objectives.
• Prepare monthly financial/operational KPI reports.
• Work with revenue operations to prepare sales reports.
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses.
• Define metrics for business performance monitoring.
• Identify actionable insights from financial analysis.
• Drive continuous process improvement and reporting enhancements.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in software/technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, OpenAir, Salesforce.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience in Power BI and/or SQL queries is desired.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and business acumen.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
• Proactive approach to business analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work capability.
• Experience building integrated models from scratch.
