Overview

As Frontify’s Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving clarity and confidence in financial decision-making through accurate, timely, and insightful analysis. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, turning complex data into actionable insights that support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.

In Short

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance and profitability analysis.
• Create financial models to assess business initiatives and market trends.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc financial analysis requests.
• Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to support decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Consultancy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and SaaS metrics.
• Excellent analytical and modelling skills.
• Experience with analytical and planning tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills to present financial data clearly.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
