Overview

As an Account Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for expanding and retaining customer relationships, ensuring their security and compliance needs align with Vanta’s solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Understand Vanta’s product offerings and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for strategic alignment.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers.
  • Manage the sales cycle for renewals and expansions.
  • Forecast monthly expansion and churn accurately.
  • Provide a consultative approach to customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer management or sales.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline building skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Able to collaborate across various departments.
  • Experience in security and compliance is desirable.
