Overview

As an Account Manager at Patsnap, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the customer lifecycle, focusing on new business development and account management to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales and/or account management experience in Australia.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with large volumes of accounts is a plus.
  • Background in intellectual property/manufacturing/engineering/chemical/food production is a plus.
  • Proven track record in account management and expansion.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Team player with experience working with various stakeholders.
