Overview

As an Account Manager at Vibe, you will ensure the success of enterprise clients through effective campaign management and strategic account growth, contributing to the company's mission of making TV advertising accessible to SMBs.

In Short

  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for enterprise clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, recommending strategies and next steps.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within client portfolios.
  • Conduct regular client calls to review performance and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign performance issues.
  • Take over account responsibilities from the sales team post-sale.
  • Partner with sales to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Be a product expert and resource for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on programmatic advertising.
  • Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, preferably in CTV environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights for optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical savvy.
