Overview

The Account Manager at SOTI is responsible for building long-term relationships with customers and partners to drive profitable growth, working in a remote capacity.

In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

  • Prospect for potential customers through various methods.
  • Retain clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Prepare and conduct formal presentations for clients.
  • Manage high support cases and issue escalations.
  • Meet targets for profitable sales volume.
  • Collaborate with technology representatives for resell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Software Sales through a Channel.
  • Deep understanding of working through a Channel.
  • Experience with strategic alliances and driving new logos.
  • Certification in Value Selling or equivalent sales methodology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts.
