Overview

The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public and academic library sectors by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and effective sales execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce or alternative CRM.
  • Experience selling software solutions.
  • Experience delivering live software demonstrations.
  • Experience presenting software solutions to senior stakeholders.
