Overview

As the Country Marketer for the Nordic Countries within the Medical Surgical (MedSurg) Division at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and increasing market penetration.

• Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Nordic markets.
• Lead efforts to generate qualified leads and develop local communication strategies.
• Manage participation in relevant events and congresses.
• Contribute to the marketing planning process and own the annual marketing activity calendar.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Oversee and track the marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.

• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or country marketing in healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of Nordic healthcare systems.
• Proven expertise in marketing planning and execution.
• Strong organizational and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Affinity with digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in hospital and out of hospital markets.
