Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager Nordics is responsible for the Marketing Strategy as well as for defining, coordinating and ensuring the successful implementation and steering of the Marketing activities in the Nordic countries, namely Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

• Responsible for the Marketing Strategy and Plan for the Nordic countries.
• Align with Country Managers on strategic priorities.
• Manage local websites and SEO content strategy.
• Coordinate PR activities and media relations.
• Plan and manage local marketing budgets.
• Oversee community engagement and MQL management.
• Track performance of marketing activities and optimize strategies.
• Participate in cross-country projects and share best practices.
• Coordinate presence at local trade shows and industry events.
• Enhance collaboration with distributors and installers.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing strategy and execution.
• Strong communication and PR skills.
• Proficiency in SEO and content management.
• Ability to manage budgets and track performance.
• Experience in community engagement and CRM management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix structure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
