Overview

The role of the Marketing Manager is focused on sales enablement and customer marketing to drive field force efficiency, contributing to the development and execution of tools and resources to drive healthcare provider behavior change through insight-driven messaging.

In Short

• Develop and execute tools and resources for field-based selling.
• Partner with sales team for account-based marketing support.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to inform marketing initiatives.
• Work with Market Access to support messaging and materials development.
• Define training prioritization and materials with sales training.
• Collaborate with Med Affairs to pull through new data to the field.
• Provide field-based insights to inform product roadmap.
• Coordinate approvals for all marketing materials.
• Monitor genetics landscape for opportunities/threats.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years marketing experience.
• Experience in a high-performance organization.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and anticipate consequences.
• Ability to distill complex clinical information.
