Overview

UpGuard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and ensure optimal value realization for our clients, focusing on building long-lasting relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record in driving customer success.
  • Experience with customer relationship management.
  • Highly organized and able to document processes.
  • Understanding of cyber risk management frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
