Technical Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical Account Manager role is focused on ensuring successful adoption, implementation, and optimization of the Union Cloud platform and Flyte for key customers.

In Short

• Act as the primary liaison for key customers.
• Guide customers through complex integrations.
• Provide training and troubleshoot challenges.
• Drive product utilization and ensure stakeholder value.
• Collaborate with AI, ML, and engineering teams.
• Own and drive strategic account plans.
• Track customer health and develop engagement strategies.
• Create technical enablement content.
• Lead customer touchpoints for alignment and value realization.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience with enterprise engineering and product teams.
• Understanding of data processing and model training systems.
• Experience in MLOps and machine learning pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or willingness to learn.
• Experience in developing account plans for growth.
• Strong communication skills tailored to various audiences.
• Curious, proactive, and self-directed.
• Ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
• Bonus: Experience with Flyte or participation in AI/MLOps communities.
