Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Support Engineer at Union, you will be responsible for delivering consistent and long-term customer value, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Resolve and escalate customer workflow issues.
• Drive customer retention and adoption of Union's services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation.
• Educate technical users on Union products.
• Implement and manage customer support expectations.
• Communicate customer trends and opportunities with Customer Success.
• Contribute to the Flyte open-source workflow orchestration system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies, containers, and ML infrastructure.
• Proficient in Python programming and debugging.
• Experience with machine learning solutions and MLOps/DevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ML systems, Spark, Airflow, Tensorflow, and Pytorch.
