In Short

Work directly with prospects and customers on AI/ML applications.
Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions including GenAI workflows and LLMs.
Drive adoption of Union through hands-on experience and troubleshooting.
Own technical success of trials and production deployments.
Engage with technical stakeholders to drive design choices.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor translating AI concepts.
Contribute to technical qualification of opportunities.
Represent the product at field events.
Support Union users with onboarding and operational best practices.
Influence internal product roadmap by sharing field learnings.

Requirements

5+ years in pre-sales or deployment-focused engineering role.
Strong engineering foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with data processing and machine learning systems.
Proficiency in coding and scripting (Python, TypeScript, etc.).
Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical projects.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (25% travel expected).
