In Short

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise on Demandbase products.
  • Assist with business and technical requirement definitions.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Lead customer discussions and meetings.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
  • Become an expert on Demandbase products.
  • Support customer office hours and internal enablement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in a technical or marketing operations role.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems.
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical topics.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager is preferred.
