  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and empathy.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn continuously.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business roles.
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams.
  • Adaptable and willing to travel as needed.
  • Motivated to achieve assigned objectives.
