Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst at Gurobi Optimization, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical architecture.

In Short

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses to align business needs with system capabilities.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and data models.
• Partner with developers to design scalable business solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functional expectations are met.
• Support quality assurance efforts for alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in business applications or systems analysis.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into documentation.
• Experience in UAT and quality assurance.
• Experience with system integrations like NetSuite and MuleSoft.
