Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst (Nuvolo), you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to define, document, and validate requirements for implementations or enhancements of the Nuvolo Connected Workplace Platform.

In Short

• Engage with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Analyze complex technical and business problems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Support testing efforts to validate configurations.
• Work with configuration specialists to map requirements into design.

• Manage changes and mitigate risks related to requirements.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Nuvolo is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Highly proficient in ServiceNow, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of systems, workflows, and configuration-driven applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Agile certification is a plus.
