Overview

The Technical Account Manager is a technical team member responsible for all aspects of the planning, architecture, coordination, and management of professional services engagements, focusing on architecting and project management of availability solutions, including data protection and monitoring.

In Short

  • Provide input to the writing of proposals and Statements of Work.
  • Support delivery implementation and consulting services for Veeam Software solutions.
  • Provide overall project guidance including plans, schedules, and status updates.
  • Assist with assessment and design of solutions.
  • Document configuration and completed activities.
  • Facilitate communication between client and Veeam support.
  • Identify additional needs within the client’s environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Overnight travel may be required.
  • Assist in the selling of Professional Services.

Requirements

  • VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience.
  • Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology required.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products.
  • Proven Consulting and Project Management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with disruptive storage systems and technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Quarterly travel to customer locations.
