Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Trustly, you will drive technical and operational utilization of our products with our largest merchants and partners, leveraging your technical acumen and collaboration skills to enhance operations and deliver value.

In Short

  • Develop strategic relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality incorporation of Trustly within merchant operations.
  • Identify and drive new feature requests with product teams.
  • Engage with merchants to overcome technical blockers.
  • Lead quarterly operational summits.
  • Plan partner events and launches.
  • Manage technical and operational issue resolutions.
  • Provide technical support and best practices.
  • Monitor Trustly products for irregularities.
  • Diagnose issues with APIs and Trust Services.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise-level client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with supporting APIs.
  • Understanding of web and mobile application concepts.
  • Confident and collaborative demeanor.
  • Strong product sense and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations.
  • Technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Operationally savvy mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the payment industry is a plus.
