The Business Development Advisor plays a crucial role in our Career Services team, focusing on managing employer-facing processes that support graduates in achieving positive career outcomes.

In Short

• Manage an assigned territory and cultivate relationships with employers in the allied healthcare field.
• Initiate contact with prospective employer partners through cold calling.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve employment goals for students and graduates.
• Match graduates with suitable employer positions and maintain relationships with companies.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to graduates, employers, and job orders.
• Meet or exceed department metrics and quotas.
• Entry-level position with supervised work.
• Communicate information requiring high accuracy.
• Desire for growth and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Results-driven, strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills to navigate required technology.
