Trupanion is seeking a proven leader for the position SVP, Canadian Market to lead our high-performing field sales teams and drive growth across key industry relationships.

In Short

• Lead and coach regional field sales teams to achieve targets.
• Align sales objectives with business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Establish relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor KPIs and sales team effectiveness.
• Champion the use of CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 50% as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Strong background in field sales and partner management.
• Experience in the Vet industry preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales performance systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
