Overview

As the first Growth Marketer at Poliigon, your mission is simple: own the growth curve by building, testing, and scaling systems that get our product into the hands of more 3D artists—profitably.

In Short

• Own acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Design and run experiments across paid ads, SEO, landing pages, email flows, and onboarding.
• Write high-converting copy for landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
• Analyze performance on everything, spotting weaknesses to optimize the funnel.
• Prioritize what matters with no waste, doubling down on what moves the needle.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on growth marketing experience in a product-led, B2C company.
• Ideally founded or helped scale a startup, wearing many hats and shipping fast.
• Think in experiments and feedback loops, measuring everything.
• Know your way around tools like Google Ads, Meta ads, Mixpanel, and email automation.
• Bonus: experience in any 3D application or AI tools is a big plus.
