Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in B2B.
• Proven ability to manage significant budgets across various platforms.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO best practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and GA4.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Strong copy instincts and design taste.
• Collaborative mindset with a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid iteration.
