• Drive acquisition, conversion, and experimentation across all major digital channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Build, test, and optimize landing pages with a focus on conversion rate.
• Work closely with the SVP of Marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new marketing team members.
• Produce and test basic creatives and iterate on landing pages and ad copy.
• Assist with influencer outreach and manage email flows.
• Experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and B2B.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage significant budgets across major platforms.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO best practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Strong copy instincts and design taste.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Bonus: experience with email marketing platforms.
