Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling the Truckstop.com suite of Compliance-as-a-Service products to existing Broker customers, engaging in inside sales through phone, Teams, and email.

In Short

  • Prospect effectively within your geographical territory to source sales opportunities
  • Engage with existing customers to cross-sell additional products and services
  • Demo products and services virtually for customers
  • Consult with customers to gather information and make product recommendations
  • Manage monthly quota through a value-based sales approach
  • Build and maintain strong customer rapport
  • Provide value and problem solve with customers
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecast outcomes
  • Report on weekly productivity and sales forecasting
  • Become well-informed about the industry and Truckstop.com’s products

Requirements

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Experience in carrying and attaining a sales quota
  • Minimum three years of software sales experience
  • Background in shipping and logistics preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
