Overview

The Account Executive, Compliance will be joining the direct sales team to help obtain new clients for our industry leading Accounting and Compliance Management Workflow Automation solution.

In Short

  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing executives to close business deals
  • Drive the sales cycle with Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls between customers and the implementation team
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management personnel
  • Provide input regarding competitive activity and future product direction
  • Develop and maintain understanding of client compliance challenges
  • Work effectively in a teamed environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years software sales experience
  • Minimum 3+ years in the Risk/Compliance space
  • Expertise in Risk/Compliance management platforms
  • Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Team leader with a collaborative orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with sales tools

Benefits

  • Base pay between $110,000 - $130,000
