Benefits Program Manager Contractor - Remote

Overview

FloQast is looking for a Benefits Programs Manager Contractor to support the administration of our global benefits programs. This contract role will focus on ensuring a great employee experience through efficient administration and support of various benefits programs.

In Short

• Manage global benefits programs end-to-end including administration and vendor management.
• Support Leave of Absence programs ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Audit benefits data for accuracy in enrollments and invoices.
• Develop education strategies for employees regarding benefits.
• Promote employee utilization of benefits resources.
• Monitor benefits plan performance and employee satisfaction.
• Manage annual benefit renewals and open enrollment programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate benefits programs across different countries.
• Assist with benefits program documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a global Benefits Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and healthcare in the US and UK.
• Understanding of international benefits regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for interaction at various organizational levels.
• Project management skills to drive tasks to completion.
• Experience with UKG Pro, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
• SaaS industry experience is a plus.
