Overview

Able is seeking a remote full-time Program Manager in the role of Partner Lead to join our growing team. You’ll manage complex partner relationships, own delivery, and bring a deep understanding of product and engineering workflows to the table.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program and project management
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships
• Experience with 0-1 builds
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
• Success in maintaining standards for program management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English
