Overview

The Expansion Associate Account Executive at Truckstop is responsible for up-selling and cross-selling Compliance-as-a-Service products to existing Broker customers through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Responsible for up-selling and cross-selling products.
  • Inside sales role with customer interactions via phone, Teams, and email.
  • Prospect effectively within a geographical territory.
  • Engage with existing customers to cross-sell additional services.
  • Demo products virtually to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Manage monthly quotas using a value-based approach.
  • Build and maintain strong customer rapport.
  • Provide value and problem solve with customers.
  • Report on weekly productivity and sales forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Truckstop’s offerings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales with a quota.
  • 1-2 years’ software sales experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end RMIS deal closing.
  • Background in shipping and logistics preferred.
