Overview

The Associate Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Client Services team on a daily basis and serving as client liaison as needed. Helps ensure projects are completed on time, on strategy, and on budget by coordinating communication and activities between Client Services management and other agency departments.

In Short

  • Serve as a point of contact to clients when other Client Services staff are out of the office.
  • Escalate difficult or sensitive conversations to more senior Client Services staff or agency leadership.
  • Apply understanding of client’s line of business in discussions with client and internal team.
  • Run status calls and other select calls/meetings.
  • Follow agency process and coordinate activities and timing to ensure quality work.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge management by overseeing shared resources.
  • Foster positive working relations between Client Services team and other agency departments.
  • Prepare the team for internal and client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure preparation of all supporting documentation necessary to each meeting.
  • Take comprehensive notes and disseminate both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field of study.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience working on simultaneous projects.
  • Relevant Internship and/or minimum of one year practical work experience in advertising, marketing or medical/healthcare communications agency.
  • Demonstrated execution of project management tasks.
