Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance and extend our Salesforce platform with high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. You will play a critical role in designing and developing custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, while ensuring code quality through automated testing and CI/CD best practices.

In Short

• Develop scalable Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks for unit, integration, and UI testing.
• Ensure platform reliability through best practices in governor limits and security.
• Leverage declarative tools strategically to minimize technical debt.
• Implement DevOps practices including version control and automated deployments.
• Support data migrations and transformations using Data Loader and ETL tools.
• Collaborate closely with architects, admins, and product management.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish Salesforce best practices.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Experience building secure and scalable API integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce test-driven development.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot SOQL bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce licensing models and scalability considerations.
