Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in customizing and automating business processes, focusing on Salesforce and CPQ, while collaborating with various internal teams.

In Short

Design and build customizations using Salesforce technologies.
Maintain existing customizations and adapt them to evolving business needs.
Support business operations, including integrations and optimizations.
Partner with business teams to build out requirements for new processes.
Assist in business systems implementations, testing, rollouts, and user training.
Own the entire application development lifecycle.
Create and maintain documentation for integrations and customizations.
Support and maintain existing systems, troubleshooting issues.
Strong technical skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements

7+ years experience developing Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strongly prefer candidates with a background in IT teams.
Salesforce certification is preferred.
Advanced expertise with Salesforce technologies.
Expertise with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
Experience with relational databases and SQL/SOQL.
